submission question

With the recent change in halting grading after June 2, 2026. Can a person do a submission today and get it mailed today and be okay? I have 200 cards I want to submit right now.

Looking for high grade rookie cards and unopened boxes/cases

I believe the 6/2 deadline is a postmark deadline. I am sending a sub in on Monday.

What do you think the wait time will be. One year?

Or they just close shop and move over seas. Nobody really knows. That's half the fun.
But My guess is they will always be busy and those levels that they are now taking away wont come back. And if they do the membership fee will now be 199.99 a month. 24 month min. auto sign up.
I have little hope but good for them.
When grading gets like it is. I turn to collect unopened stuff. And I look for the players I like on top of the packs. Way more fun and less stressful.

140-160 business days is stated turnaround but who knows. I'm partnering with a couple buddies to submit under the bulk rate and don't expect to get them back in 2026.

Very possibly, but as a devout unopened collector, I'll never know!

I took the word, “popped”, to mean you opened it…

    So did I.

It's the singer not the song - Peter Townshend (1972)
Not even a minute do I buy the whole buh buh buh I'm a man-child japery - Me (2025)

Apologies for the confusion. I meant the unopened pack was graded as a PSA 9 by PSA.

I cant imagine any cards subbed the next few days get returned until 2027. there is a 10MM card backlog, and i am sure a bunch of people will flood PSA with subs in the next 2 days.

George Brett, Roger Clemens and Tommy Brady.

Thank you for responding. The message said the cut off was 6/2/26 at 3:00pm. I am not sure how PSA would know if the postmark deadline would show before 3:00pm with FedEx

Acceptance scan at Fed ex drop off though I'd expect a bit of leniency.

I actually sent my sub in last Saturday and it was scanned in on Monday, so very quick. Not logged in, though; I expect that to take several weeks.
