It's a token put out by Shell Oil in 1969 as part of a series with all 50 states.

They tend to sell for less than $5 on eBay in perfect shape, and a set of all 50 sold for $25.

It’s from Shell Oil in the 60s and 70s. It is appropriate for collectors of Texaniana or someone who is compiling a set of fifty. There are several from Texas in eBay from $5.00 to $10.00.
This sold for under ten dollars.

When you post out of focus photos there is not much helpful info available other than provide in focus photos.
