  It is A Blacksmith token, but not that exact one. There are two main references for these, Wood and the Charlton guide. Edit your title to include Blacksmith and someone who knows them will come along to give you the exact attribution.

  Looks like Blacksmith Wood #14, Charlton # BL-10.

  Value about $45 CAD with the hole.
