There are 41 of the “Large E’s” major variety graded MS64 (10 by PCGS and 31 by NGC). Of those 41, ONLY 2 merit a CAC sticker! Yes, this coin in all likelihood has been dipped, but apparently it was done gently enough that it’s one of the two with a CAC sticker!
