Semi-quincentennial coins?

Quite a few have been minted so far, you can see the mintage numbers on the Mint website. In fact, so far over 70 million halves alone have been minted and that's the highest mintage since 1980!

But yes, I have seen none in change yet either.

But then again, I rarely use cash so I don't get change that much anymore. Same with most other people. The velocity of coins isn't what it used to be. Used to see the new coins by February or March, but with so many fewer people using coins, it takes much much longer for the coins to move around.

Be patient, they will make it around. If you don't want to be patient, you can get them from the Mint or on eBay.

Checked my Whitman folders last night and found that the newest dime I’ve received in change is dated 2020. So I broke down and bought myself a roll each of the Denver and Philly dimes. Searched through them today.

Overall, the Denver dimes were nicer. But the Philly roll was interesting in that maybe 1/3 of the coins showed an obverse die that was developing an interior die break under Liberty’s neck.

It was a fun exercise. I don’t think I’ve picked up a roll for the express purpose of searching it since state quarters were a thing.
