Blast white morning.

This is what I woke up to this morning. 7 inches of heavy wet snow. Post a blast white coin.

Interesting that NGC put a W on the holder to tell you that it's white.

Need a Barber Half with ANACS photo certificate. If you have one for sale please PM me. Current Ebay auctions

    PR67+ with CAC sticker!

I made a BIG error: I just had GC list this coin, forgetting that I first should have sent this back to PCGS to get it reholdered, as the holder has a couple of thin scratches that show up big in the photos. People will erroneously think the scratches are on the coin. As you can see from the True View, they are not, but GC does not show the True Views, nor say the scratches are on the holder and not the coin. As a result, this will probably hammer for a LOT less than it should. Ugh!

Steve you should reach out to them. I'm sure they will help you out. Unless the auction is already running.

Thanks, but yes, the auction is running, and I don't think @ianrussell can get photos taken through the holder not to show those scratches on the holder, and I'm sure they won't indicate in writing in the listing that the scratches are on the holder, as that would open up a whole big can of worms for other consignors. But thanks.

    Steve.

    Consider this:

If the auction cannot be stopped simply purchase the coin yourself with a nuclear snipe bid . you get the coin and the net sales proceeds.

You can then have it reholdered and start over with a new auction after sufficient time has passed.
