True story, it was l978. 3 dorms at the uni surrounded a dining hall that could house hundreds of students. Friday nite. Let's have a dance. I was helping with the music. About 9 pm, things were going well. Then I put this song on. Er, all of the ladies suddenly left. Dance hall was devoid of purpose. Suffice to say I was in trouble.................... Just a Bad Boy. And the Rain Came Down.............................

@Steven59 I've recently gotten into this band and they are superb! Steven Wilson's solo stuff - some of which have animated videos that are cinematic works of art - is worth checking out. ... but kinda sad...

Right - I like Wilson's solo work. They are my "Big 4" of go to music - Porcupine Tree, The Pineapple Thief, John Giles, and Marillion.........
Still one of my favorites from the first page…during well lest I say 2020.
And I realize a lot of those guys from that page have been stagnant of late.
Such is life so if you will play us another good one Mr. Carr.

Can you imagine being in that small a venue, right in front like these folks were, experiencing this in person? Wow!
Thems were the days. Alas I saw Akka Dakka in the Memorial Coliseum in pdx on July 21, 1978 with 12,000 others. They were on their first US tour, between Let There Be Rock and Powerage, and backing up Aerosmythe:
The concert will be remembered for 1 - Bon putting Angus on his shoulders while he jammed to IIRC, Rocker, and walking down the aisles (first to use a wireless to connect with amps so more mobility), and 2 - Aerosmythe NOT playing Dream On. Who dya think the fans enjoyed the most? Young punks from Sydney or old drugged up rockers from Beantown?
Suffice to say the audience was shocked with Bon and Angus walking around like that. By the end of the tour word got around and they needed a throng of bodyguards to pull that stunt. And the rest was history. Mostly downhill for Aerosmythe from there, exponential popularity growth for Akka Dakka. No more quaint Glasgow Apollo Theater concerts from then on.
And then Bon died and we got the goose from Newcastle, but the show must go on…………………
Added: Yep I just looked at the playlist, Rocker was the last song so thaz when Bon and Angus were running around.

I saw Aerosmith right around that time, give or take a year or two, and Steven Tyler was so blitzed he dropped the mic stand. He was swinging it around with all these scarves tied on it and he just flung it. It was not a good show. But I must now sadly admit, I've never seen AC/DC. But for quite some time my alarm clock was an automatic turntable with the tonearm cued up over Hell's Bells - and when the timer popped and the needle dropped, I got up - with all of my neighbors! lol good memories
