Moved to BST Question on early half dollar album value #6151

If this question belongs on the BST page let me know and I will move it.
I purchased this several years ago. I dont even remember what I paid.
It is in new condition.
The binder is still stiff like you would expect a new book to be.
The mylar is perfect. The slots are perfect.
It has been sitting in my safe. I no longer have a use for it.
What is a fair price for a book that has basically just been removed from the plastic?
I plan on putting it on the BST or if someone PM's me with a fair price I might let it go.

I just checked Ebay sold comps and it looks like they sell for 100 to 150
