New 1837 Feuchtwanger Cent purchase
Just purchased from Perry on ebay, this 1837, even though just an R1, has an interesting die crack or improper mixing of metals, die crack more than likely. I find it as a 6-I but could be wrong. It appears pretty easily attributed, even with the tough life it has endured. Love those die cracks.

To me it looks like a crack in the planchet. Very cool.
Cracked planchet or die crack, it's always nice to see one of those pieces

Definitely a planchet crack. Fairly common to find on these.
