Submission "miscut" do not holder

Got back a card submitted by local card shop and it came back "miscut" do not holder. The PSA definition of "miscut" is clearly to identify an atypical cut for the issue that results in portions of the card being cut off or more than one card being visible. However, by PSA's own standards my card doe not meet those definitions. Boarder's are between a 7 or 8 standards being 67/33 on both front and back. No other issues that are glaring on color, printing, corners ect. The card came back as miscut and DO NOT HOLDER as marked no qualifiers. Anyone have comments on this before I jump into contacting PSA to question their own definition not met which I think should be put in a holder with graded a 7 or less depending on all factors?

    Looks like a very slight diamond cut, wider at the top than the bottom. The right border on the pic of the back looks consistent but the left border is narrower at the bottom than the top. Unless it’s just the angle of the camera or an optical illusion… Or maybe not a true diamond cut - the left border looks pretty straight at the bottom half then flares out a bit starting around “Pro Bowl” as it gets to the top.

    I had a card come back as "miscut". Looked fine to me.
    Resubmitted and got a 7.
    That card is not miscut.

    Match it up to a card cut perfectly to specs. You will see a slight overhang from the extended portion of the miscut card. If PSA rejected it, then the graders must have surmised that it wouldn’t set properly in a holder. Sell it raw and buy a graded one elsewhere.

    Man, I LOVE the 73 set and especially that Butkus.

    I had a high grade set I sold last fall and when I was completing the run it was so hard avoiding all the diamond cuts in that year. It was so weird how many I'd see.

    That said, your card looks pretty great. These kind of results from PSA on vintage is one of the reasons I've stopped subbing vintage cards to them. I'd get so many Miscuts, etc... responses that just felt like they'd never seen a vintage card before (but would still keep my money).

    I don't think they charged me for the time it was returned "miscut", however I can't be sure. They like to charge you for their mistakes.

    It had pretty equal borders, like the example shown. I don't see how it could be miscut.
