Will PCGS straight grade woody cents?

Curious if they’ll grade this type of improper alloy mix without automatically giving it details for environmental damage or something (not necessarily this coin, it was just handy as an example).

They recently sent two of mine back as questionable color. Needless to say, I was less than impressed.
That’s part of what I’m concerned about, but I’ve decided to send them anyway. We’ll see what comes back!
