So...the Congratulations Set Eagle...mintage limit 60,000
First a question...Have all 60,000 been sold yet?
And I'm seeing more than a few eBay listings with milk spots? How is that going to impact the final value?

Good job supporting the internet trackers!
For the record, I don't see a single listing that actually shows milk spots ir even mentions them in the description. It might be a case of someone copying a listing that said "no milk spots". It's rather strange that no one took pictures of the alleged spots.
All comments reflect the opinion of the author, even when irrefutably accurate.

Possible. However, those auctions are also trending at a significant discount to other listings. So the bidders seem to be taking the description seriously or have asked the seller for more details.
milk spots never stopped being an issue
That is a bulk buyer/submitter - a big-boy. I have bought coins from them a couple of times without issue..
In the past they have provided photos of the milk spotted coins up for sale.
You can be sure that those coins will have * Milk spots * on them, as mentioned in the title.
I have personally received milk spotted coins over the last couple of years. Ie: the FHS, the Army Proof ASE, and the dual date '26 Proof ASE.
The milk spot problem chugs along.
There is also the issue with the rinse-haze/cloudiness, and the "Ring of Death" residue where the automated machine uses a suction cup to place the finished coin into its capsule...⇊ ...Go to time-stamp 5:50 to see the ASE suction cup in action...

Of the planned 60,000 mintage, does anyone have a handle on how many have already been sold?
I believe this is the number. You can check weekly using the following link from the mint, just be sure to specify the product code (26RF).
