Hey all,
I have not posted on here in a long time. I have not submitted many large cents to PCGS. Do y'all think this would straight grade?

    Your title states "1844"
I think it will straight grade (even with the bit of 'corrosion' at 1:00 on the reverse).
    Nice looking, solid cent.

    My guess is yes.

    Fixed. Thank you.

Possibly, but I'm leaning no... because of the small patches of corrosion. On the obverse at star 1 and on the reverse at "OF"... maybe they're small enough to be considered market acceptable, but my submissions over the past couple of years indicate otherwise.

Whilst acknowledging the good point directly above, I would say yes.

Last au58 at Heritage was something that should've detailed IMO.

Some of the images (especially the first one), seem to show the coin may have been recolored; but maybe it’s the lighting.
Regardless I think it has a 50:50 shot.

If it were mine I’d gently treat it with some Blue Ribbon, and enjoy it as a raw coin, and a decent example of a tougher late date large cent.

I think it's got a pretty good shot. One thing I noticed is an apparent flattening/irregularity around 4:00-5:00 on the obverse rim. Slight hit there, maybe? Even if it is, I don't think that should be enough to prevent a straight grade.

I say no. Looks like a rim ding between s11 & s12 and damage at s13. Also corrosion appears likely at OF on reverse. JMO
