What am I missing here? Venezuela Bolivar to US dollar exchange.....

In looking at the Great American Note Company website I see a brick of 10,000 bolivar notes for sale. It appears that 1000 bolivars is equal to 2.11 US. There are 1000 notes in this brick so that would be 21 thousand dollars. Yet the brick is for sale at 18 hundred bucks. What am I missing ?

    With all the hyperinflation in Venezuela in recent years there have been multiple currency issues. These are presumably older banknotes that were revalued/replaced.
