We’re aware of a bug causing orders to not appear in the PCGS My Account App. Our team is working to fix this as soon as possible.

    I'm experiencing issues with Cert Verification as well. It is intermittently returning an invalid warning for valid cert numbers.

    Nothing is as expensive as free money.

    @EDL could you please send me your customer and order number and what browser you are using?

    and @PocketChange if you could please send me the impacted certs and whether you were tapping the NFC, scanning the barcode or typing in manually?

    I will flag both of these issues with our team.

    I am also happy to share our team was able to resolve the issues impacting the My Account app yesterday

    @HeatherBoyd , the issue appears to be resolved now, but 5770773 and 28483104 are two of the certs that returned the error yesterday. It was occurring intermittently—after several attempts it eventually came back as valid.

    Perhaps the ping into the database was timing out and it defaulted to returning an "invalid" error. I'll let you know if I see it happening again. Thank you for the response.
