1983 Fleer Baseball Cello seals

I believe I have read before that there is an issue with the seals becoming undone over time. I had packs in a box that were never opened, and kept in normal indoor conditions. The seals have either become undone or are barely still sealed.

That is unfortunately not uncommon with those thicker cellos that were loosely wrapped to begin with.
Collecting 1970s Topps baseball wax, rack and cello packs, as well as PCGS graded Half Cents, Large Cents, Two Cent pieces and Three Cent Silver pieces.
