I visited the battlefield and the city last August and had a blast. This show is too short notice for me but I would love to set up next year.

I'm hoping to go on Saturday morning. If I have time, I might pick out some duplicates to sell (half dimes). I'm a little low on hobby cash lately.

I was there today from around 11:30 to 1:30. Had a fantastic time and bought a bunch of really cool stuff from several different dealers.

When I get some more time I’ll do a write up. On vacation with the family now for a few days. Luckily the show is “kinda” on the way to our mountain/weekend place.

For now I’m just glad to officially know who the real @MICHAELDIXON is :D

I highly recommend the show to anyone on the fence about attending. Well worth the trip!

You paid a premium to be there today, were all of the dealers set up? I always wonder if paying for early bird access is worth it

I didn’t mind paying $25. The show is an hour and a half from my house and an hour and a half from where I was headed afterwards. I had things to do the rest of the day and value my time too much to sit around and wait to avoid a fee that I don’t consider to be predatory in the first place.

There were enough dealers fully set up by the time I walked in to make it worth my while. To be honest I would’ve loved to have seen more set up….but I did plenty of business with a couple of guys I was looking forward to working with and am glad they were able to get their shows off an rolling before the main opening.

I already posted this in the new purchase thread. The only true viewed coin from the show. I’ll share some of the rest later when I get a little more time…..
