Hi guys,
I'm sure this has happened many times?
When you Pull a spectacular card. Especially by the reputable BOWMAN CHROME, with the Player's Autograph, a GOLD with low, low print runs, 50. Then, when your PSA Submission returns with the ultimate Grade, a "10"!
But, unfortunately the player has either been hurt or just sent down until further notice!
Grrrrrrrr!
Well that's what happened to me.
I have this extraordinary card I pulled!
Probably, nearly my Best card in my collection as to rare.
Here is the actual card,
Luke Adams, 21
Kid has Power!
Still Young.

19/50
He's on an awesome team too!
Milwaukee Brewers.
I read his write up on his current conditions.

There are a few of his auto cards that go for decent money.
Here's a similar example to mine.
BOWMAN
SAPPHIRE
39/50

But if this kid can improve, my newly investment on him could also improve!
The waiting and hoping he pans out? Instead of the shame it would be if the player and your newly acquired PSA 10 card, would go unnoticed!
Terrible, not only for the kid but for me,, as well.
Grrrrr.
Tell me your story...
Thanks
:)

    Oh?
    Appreciate the info.
    Thanks
    ;)
    Knowing this...
Makes it more confusing as to why, a few of his cards been sold for decent money?
    :*

OK, found Luke's most recent progress reports.

    Hmmmm?

Ranked as a poor defender. He's being targeted as possibly one day being part of a 1st base platoon but more likley a DH platoon-er. Also strikes out way too much in the minors.

A lot better things to spend $250, or even the PSA Grading fee, than on his cards!

As I was taught "waste not , want not" , IMHO never submit a card to get graded unless player has at least a modicum of Major League success first.

Trade it at a show while you can get the best out of it.

US half dollars (1839-1891) condition G04 to F12

Perfect fit for the Brewers. With Vaughn out for 6-8 he might get the call this season. Then it’s baseball. I’m not a MLB scout but I think he’s got great potential at the plate and his range isn’t such a liability at first base. I wouldn’t give up on him yet on defense but it’s an uphill battle and platoon is probably right on unless he can get a little more aggressive at the plate.

    Hope your right.
Thanks for the vote of confidence. ;)
