Uh oh.
Talk about devalued currency.
BTW, Trump's name on metal or paper is no guarantee of success - I know, I own an example.

Why does this post need to be flagged? It’s an important discussion for currency collectors. Everyone really.
From the PCGS Forum Rules & Guidelines:
This is a community, as such, slightly off-topic threads are expected, however, topics such as politics or other "taboo" subjects are not permitted. Should the thread be deemed inflammatory, negative or violate any rules it will be deleted or closed at the moderator's discretion, without warning.
It really depends on how one interprets the Forum Rules & Guidelines.
When the U.S. government issues a press release about a coin or currency item, that doesn’t inherently make the topic political or “taboo.”
For example:
https://home.treasury.gov/news/press-releases/sb0425
Similarly, when major news organizations report on developments related to currency, those discussions aren’t typically considered political or off-limits:
https://www.reuters.com/world/us/trumps-signature-appear-us-currency-treasury-says-ending-165-year-tradition-2026-03-26/
https://www.reuters.com/world/us/trump-appointed-arts-panel-approves-gold-coin-featuring-presidents-image-2026-03-19/
These are credible, mainstream sources—not fringe or unreliable commentary.
In my view, if an informative post highlighting a significant upcoming change to U.S. currency is locked, it may reflect more on how the rules are being interpreted or applied than on the content itself.
