Just curious if a list of dealers and number of tables have been set or posted. I suspect there is a general admission charge? Just curious

I am no longer attending this show. Neither as a table-holder nor a customer.
Pruebas… just curious as to your experience if you care to share in a PM. Thanks

What do the above photos have to do with a successful coin show?
I only see coins in one photo, and see customers in none.
It's very revealing of the mindset of the show promoter.
And that brings me to.....
Reasons this coin show failed:
1) Times Square is a HORRIBLE venue for a coin show.
* Promoter is blinded by "touristitis".
2) Friday+Saturday is a poor choice of days for THIS show.
* Bigger ≠ better.
3) Show promoter is not in tune with the needs/requirements of the dealers.
* HIS most important customers.
4) Show promoter does not act fairly towards all dealers.
* If treat your "friends" differently than other dealers = recipe for failure.
5) Show promoter does not properly promote the show.
* Not enough customers.
6) No/lax daytime security and no overnight security.
* How can you have a two day show without considering overnight security of my inventory?
7) Coin show geared for Latin American people ≠ coin show with Latin American coins.
* The intentions of the show were never clear and people assumed the wrong thing.
I could elaborate and continue, but I'll need a deposit on the consulting bill.
I admired the chutzpah of the show promoter to create this show, but it takes more than chutzpah to keep it going.
Thank you for taking the time to share your opinion. As the organizer of the Latin American Coin Show NYC, I respect all feedback — including criticism — because every new event has room to improve.
This show was created with the goal of building a space for collectors, dealers, and enthusiasts of Latin American numismatics in New York City. Starting something new is never easy, and while we are proud of many aspects of the event, we also recognize there are areas where we can grow.
We appreciate comments regarding venue, promotion, dealer needs, security, and attendance. At the same time, we are grateful to the dealers, collectors, and attendees who participated, made connections, conducted business, and supported this new initiative.
Our goal is not to compare ourselves to long-established coin shows, but to build something meaningful that improves year after year by listening, adapting, and growing with the community.
We sincerely appreciate constructive feedback and welcome ideas that can help make the next Latin American Coin Show even stronger.
