Looking for a decent 1928 Peace at a good price, slabbed or raw. Probably circulated given my desired price range, but no major damage and not cleaned.

    Hard to define and I guess I'd have to see it...
    I'm thinking ordinary wear from ordinary circulation is ok. Major scratches or dings probably not OK.
