They were not impressed - maybe another time??

    Just turned 4 and about to be 7.

    Can't even interest them in State Quarters!

    Gave them some sample slabs and they gave them back. :wink:

    My daughter was 8 or 9 when she got interested in Peace Dollars... I took her to my local B&M shop at the time... lots of stuff to look through and she was enamored by it... until she was about 12 and needed/wanted a laptop computer...

    My son, on the other hand... was never really interested. I tried the same approach by taking him to the same B&M shop I'd taken his sister too, but he was largely unimpressed. He was briefly interested in Buffalo Nickels, but that was fleeting at best. When the "Tooth Fairy" would bring silver 50 cent pieces, I'd find them on the floor with his other toys... he just never developed any kind of passion for it...
