Is this PCGS Vam label an error? Maybe new software for labels?

I bought this coin in an ANACS OH. It was labeled as VAM-9 DDR. I thought it might upgrade, always looking for certain VAMs and took a chance. I sent it in to PCGS late last December and received it back as "VAM 9, Doubled Arrows" in January as shown in the picture. It upgraded 2 points, no complaints there. I noticed that the labeling had a comma placed after the "Vam 9", and that the "TOP 100" was missing from the top of the label. I had never seen a "comma" placed before on VAM labels. I had also not seen a label without TOP 100, Hit List or Hot 50 designated at the top.
I did call PCGS and after a supervisor read my email, it was approved to be sent back for a "mechanical error" I sent it back with the instructions as per the email. It was recently returned without any corrections to the label. I called again to ask if the label could be corrected as was previously agreed to by management, but now, the response I have received is that the "graders" do not believe it is mis-labeled and will not label it any other way.
This is not an expensive coin, I get that, and it is still a VAM 9, but has anyone else noticed a change in the VAM labeling in how these are labeled or have an example as such?

Boom...we win.

I believe "VAM 9 Doubled Arrows" is what PCGS has always called it.
