I didn't realize he was in the hall of fame until he recently passed away. So I picked up two cards I needed for my hall of fame collection.

Checked Calendar its not April 1.
Roy Face is not in the Basebsll Hall Of Fame.
May he rest in peace.
It's the singer not the song - Peter Townshend (1972)

You are 100% right. haha. I don't know where I saw he was. Well at least I got two nice cards.
He is in the Pirates Hall of Fame...that may be what you saw.
Roy Face was 18-1 as a relief pitcher in 1959.... Crazy.
One for the 61 auto set and the other an upgrade to the 58 set.

Mixed bag mailday:
Nice Great One up there. Here's Yaz for your Friday night dancing and dining pleasure.

Such a cool Hostess panel! Love it.
Hendrick is such an underrated player.
one more, apologies about the flecks on scanner - just ordered canned air for the scanner glass and anti dust type cloth.

Thought I’d share:

Curious about the rare, mysterious and beautiful 1951 Wheaties Premium Photos?

My first Ohtani RC.
After careful consideration, this is one of my favorites

Just pulled the trigger on this Clemente this evening - color and centering look higher than the grade. Also, Took a trip up north to Shipshewana for their show and picked up this Ohtani SSP in a trade and cash deal. Might use it this summer at the National to upgrade to an auto or a bigger vintage card.
Just received this in the mail today. I overpaid for the grade but it’s beautiful. I’m thrilled!
That is a beautiful Mick and presents higher than the grade. Assume a back issue somewhere since the front looks good and very strong centering.
Thanks! Here’s a picture of the back - there’s a spot of some kind between Height and Home.

I can’t find any creasing or wrinkling anywhere on the card.
You can’t see it in the picture, but there are faint rubber band marks around the center of the card and what looks to be some light wax on the front near his hat.
Like I said, I’m thrilled - it presents much nicer than the average 3.
The color pops on the ‘65 Clemente. Congrats, Keith!
I use AI a lot to research MLB and chatGPT is prone to making errors. Still nice cards, I think I have his 60T card.
This is a tough card to get centered - a real beauty - congratulations.
@Stone193 Thanks Mike, appreciate the post. Very pleased and now waiting for it to get through the authentication process and find its way home.
I haven't been buying much for a while. These were purchased within the last 30'ish days.
2002 Fleer Legacy Hockey hobby box for the rip stash.

1967 Topps Hockey common for the set.

Random Impulse buy because I like to collect higher grade Bruins.

Love the 1960's early 1970's hockey.
Florida card shop vacation pick ups.
Yaz PSA 2 ?
I've seen PSA 6-7 look much worse than that.
Agree! Here are better PSA scans. I've looked it over and cannot see any creases or wrinkles. Just some minor staining and off centered top to bottom. Back is clean. I was thrilled to get it at a PSA 2 price (about $130).
Print is very nice on the Yaz RC for the issue!
Is Yaz the only player to appear in both the 1963 and 1981 Fleer sets?
It's the singer not the song - Peter Townshend (1972)
Not even a minute do I buy the whole buh buh buh I'm a man-child japery - Me (2025)
Jim Kaat is in both.
