I posted these coins before sending out for grading. Always hard to grade from photos. Some were right, others were not. I certainly learned that I need to acquire a lot more experience with Washington Quarters. I had them in 2x2's and thought they would do well. Here are the Trueviews from our host.

Beautiful coin 🪙
I really love your 3 center and have to imagine the Barber dime with all that die polish must be close to prooflike.
Great group of coins. I agree WE have a lot to learn about grading Washington Quarters.
Believe I'll pass. Congrats. Gorgeous dimes, would be proud of either.

Very nice mix....congratulations.
1941-S dime.....now that's what full bands looks like.
Nice coins. I'm surprised the 13 dime graded 66. It looks like a reed mark on the cheek.
That is the beauty of tuition now you go back with a loupe inspecting all of the hits, spots, and scrapes and suddenly the results make sense.
It took me a while to figure out to inspect my coins using a bright light that will illuminate the hits at angle rather than my soft light that makes them look great for photos.
Restraint in submissions that’s all.
Love the Merc and 3 center.
Very nice results. The Barber half is flat amazing.

That Barber dime is a beast!

Sorry if I’m the only one who thinks that those trueviews make all the coins look like they should be in details holders. From scratched to pvc to wheel marks to cleaned to questionable color, etc. I’m sure the coins look great and the grades reflect that, but damn those photos are pitiful.
I think you are correct, you might be the only one.

Love the 2 and 3 cent piece coins
The Barber half is stunning!
The 1913 dime is a real head scratcher tho…the obverse marks are very detrimental
And i have completely given up on sending PCGS nice Washington quarters, just don’t understand what i’m missing…..
I would not grade the 1913 dime MS66, but I wasn't the grader with the coin in hand. From the pictures, those obverse marks should, in my opinion, keep it from 66. Perhaps, in hand, that coin is an absolute beast!
I agree. I would have guessed 62/63 but maybe it looks different in hand.
Good grades, most people are not so fortunate. Did you buy them raw at those grades?
Which one? 🤔

The whole mix. Slang word they use in this area, no biggie
Great set overall, but I really like the 1913 and 1941 dimes in MS66. Both true gems!
I have a 1932 Washington in my type set graded MS63 CAC Green that I keep thinking I will upgrade. But each time I take it out and look at it I think it’s much better than the grade and decide to keep my money. I’m at a loss to try to grade Washingtons.
If you look at the full TV Max view, the cheek and forehead have a couple of bad hits, not a 66 -- must have been happy day at PCGS that day.
I had the pleasure of finding this Washington in a mint set. Graded 67+ and with basically one hit which held it back from 68. With all things equal and metal content aside, you can easily see the preservation and strike is immaculate. you’re welcome

Thanks everyone. The Barber dime looks better in hand and the hit does not look as dramatic. I bought these coins raw and the grades closely align to my grade opinion with the exception of the Washington Quarters.
