    Found 2 of these coin's the other day,they are almost identical, with the exception of one having a die crack on the book, the coin posted is the one with out the die crack. Appreciate all opinions.Thanks.

    It is not a double die. Just strike/machine doubling. FYI, significant double dies are no longer a notable part of modern U.S. coin production due to the change to single-hubbing techniques for die production at the mint.

    Maybe I'm seeing things (highly possible, since the OP's photos are photos of the camera screen and not the true image it produced), but this sure looks like notching on the motto:

    Also on 'LIBERTY', though I think it's also machine doubled. Note the 'doubling' on the 'R' goes the opposite direction from the obvious machine doubling visible in the loop:
