In the future, if you decide to stay here, you will get more help if the images are in focus and oriented as we would normally look at a coin. Additionally, you will get much better quality help, and get it faster, if you actually point out why you think something is worth money or is of interest so that we don't have to guess.
I am going to guess your quarter is an example of struck-through like struck-through grease and I will guess it is not worth the additional certification expense.
I've never heard someone say that it's struck thru grease to me doesn't look like any of the struck thru coins but I do appreciate your comment and the pics were already in phone so I didn't just take them also it sticks out to me but I understand what your saying I meant to add more info before posting I apologize for the inconvenience
I'm not an error expert, but if you wait long enough there are plenty of folks who know more than I do in this area who will be able to help. Good luck.

Agreed! However, if you have experts come in and your response is something like:

This probably won't go well. You've asked a question...if you truly want the answer, no problem! You will get multiple expert answers. However, if you are looking for confirmation of a wild theory you may have, you won't get it.
I don't know errors well but i would tend to agree with @TomB that it is a struck through grease.
One thing I am certain of though is that the coin is nowhere close being worth grading/certification expenses. If you could sell it for even $1 I'd be astounded.
Let’s say you send this to NGC for mint error grading:
$20 grading fee
$20 error fee
$10 handling fee
$28 shipping fee
$ however much it costs you to ship to them
$ membership fee (if you don’t already have one)
I personally think this is a ~$20 max error, so it would have to be something you’d want to keep slabbed for yourself to be worthwhile grading.

Struck through. I think something solid though, not grease.

Not worth grading. Take it to a local show and see if you can find anyone willing to pay a premium for it. If so, take the money and run!
Whoa -- Looks like that coin was minted at a 90⁰ rotation!
It’s a nice little reward for your search. You don’t like it? You can sell it on eBay if it’s burning a hole in your hand.

Welcome to the forums as well
A certified example in 58 of a similar WCD. I do not think it will sell soon. Keep an eye on it if you want.
