Mint shipping prices...

I was still being charged for shipping after three orders in this year , I called the mint and they were extremely apologetic and they will refund the shipping charges.

Has this happened to anyone else ?

    That happened to me this year. I placed a number of orders in early January and it looks like they maybe overlapped in the system. A quick phone call and they were all credited back to my account other than the first 3.

    Hey Mach19 thanks for bringing this up.

    I need to phone and get one of my order's (4th) shipping refund.

    haha what the heck, I went ahead and phoned and got my $5.95 refunded.

    Have not bought anything from them for a while. What is their shipping policy now and why are they issuing refunds?

    Yes. Happened to me a few years ago when I was a frequent Mint customer. They refunded my shipping cost.
