Vintage prices seem to be going up

I have no real tracking system for my cards except an excel spreadsheet. I was looking at ebay sales of some of my cards. It seems over the last 6-12 months psa graded cards have taken a nice increase. With my collection i am seeing this in vintage like Mickey Mantle, Hank Aaron, Willie Mays and Wayne Gretzky cards. As well as newer cards like Aaron Judge and Shohei Ohtani.
Anyone else seeing this

Exhibit A as to why PSA can keep raising prices with no adverse impact on submission volume when the values for graded cards are rising at an even faster rate.
