eBay dumping their REWARDS program?

I just got an email from Synchrony bank saying eBay is dropping them, Does that mean eBay will have no program on 3/24/26?

  I recall the "eBay Bucks" program. Never heard of anything else.

  If eBay is "dropping" Synchrony, to me that would suggest that they're changing banks?
