Almost 3 years have past since I was taking pictures full time

Today I thought to give it a try............the set up was already there . after searching for 15 minutes to figure out how to turn the camera on 
I looked and I never turned it off! 
But since its electrical connected so no worries about batteries.
Then it took another 15 minutes to figure out how to work it 
But in the end it came out okay. now I have several more I want to take.

What experiences have you had? what was the longest time you stopped taking images and then went back?

I love travel and wildlife photography, and have been doing it since the 80’s off and on, but I’ve only just started photographing my coins. I need a lot of practice. Lighting is tricky.
