What's the tariff for a pillar coin minted in Peru shipped from Spain?

I want to buy a pillar coin minted in Peru shipped from Spain to the US. Does anyone know
what the tariff or any other fees would be? Thanks

The tariff regime is based on "country of origin", not "country of shipment". The "country of origin" of this coin is Peru; if the mint-city for the coin is in modern-day Peru (whether that country called itself "Peru" back then or not), then the coin can be deemed to be "from" Peru and ought to be charged at the Peruvian rate (10%), not the Spanish / EU rate (15%).

As long as it's at least 100 years old, it's tariff free. Keep in mind I think it all largely hinges on what the sender claims is being shipped.
I've received multiple mailings from multiple locations across the world tariff free. Some sellers have figured out the system...
