    I should add that the invoice was sourced from Garrick Roberts of Scottsdale, Arizona with a shipping date of 9/19/2001. Couldn't locate a current listing for Garrick but note in the archives here that he had been praised by Airplane Nut in 2003 as a recommended coin dealer.
