Old coin, old envelope, old price, old damage 1795 half

You never know what you’ll find when you get an old collection. Just got this in a group of coins.

    I bit surprised it states 'holed' instead of 'plugged.'

    Seriously, back in my day I would have written this up as "holed and plugged."
