    Impossible to tell much from that overly magnified and badly pixilated closeup. Photos of a another screen are useless, if you have to use a microscope download the photos and then upload here. They will still be overly magnified but will likely not be so badly pixilated. What is very clear is that it is not a double die strike, plating bubbles, MD, die erosion, one or a combination of effects is what you are seeing.

    There are no known significant obverse varieties for 1986-D (https://doubleddie.com/828970.html), it is usually a better approach to determine what significant varieties exist for any year and then search for an exact match. It is a much more efficient method than looking at coins that are almost certainly MD, plating issues, die deterioration, etc.
