From recent experience I'd say 3 or less. Leaving a voicemail or a call back # is not available from before noon to closing PST.
Any email inquiries are answered by a bot.
I guess I can blame it on FUN but the chances of me re-upping my platinum membership are zero.

.....update
PCGS replied and I thank customer service for that

It has been 3 years since I felt like you, and I have not sent in one coin in all that time. I feel so much better and the next step is to delete all my registry sets. They still will not care. Sad times and sure miss the old pcgs........

More cost cutting by corporate, I'm seeing it in many sectors, especially the usps.

While unrelated, the line for PCGS submissions at FUN was 1.5 hours yesterday!

There were no lines at ICG.

There's no place on any form to get ask the question where are the vouchers I paid for. I have asked that question several times via the Forms and the reply I get is fill out another form.

That's another issue I have with them. I've had problems applying my vouchers for grading. Being close to the end of my subscription year, it caused me to drive 500 miles to the Sarasota coin show to make a submission and use up my vouchers only to find out that PCGS and NGC were not at that show like the promoter had advertised. So, I had to send a shipment of coins to PCGS via registered mail.

Throw a coin enough times, and suppose one day it lands on its edge.

When you log into your account online, go to "My account", scroll down and you should see "Grading vouchers", with hopefully "1 Available" under it. Click on that and it should show you how many coins that voucher is good for.
    Does your account show that?
