Just back from PCGS... 1946 DDR Jefferson graded MS65 Full Steps. Booming luster and wonderful eye appeal. This is the pop top 1/1 next best being a MS64FS.

It’s hard to tell from the poor images provided but the FS designation seems like a gift. PCGS lost sight of their own printed criteria for full steps 25 years ago.

If it's top pop, it should be 1/0, not 1/1. I've only see the notation as (# at this grade)/(# at higher grades)

Congratulations! That MS64FS was my big find a few years ago. Now I have to find a 65+FS or better!
