This being a PCGS site, is it frowned upon posting coins graded by other 3rd party graders?

No, not at all. Just don’t “bash” ANY TPG.

Very beautiful set. That set is above my budget though, but I like the 1955 Franklins and put together a small set Of PF69, PF69*, and PF69cameo. There was a PF69*Cameo that I procrastinated on sending an offer and it sold, and the PF69 UCAM is a $50,000 coin. So the PF69 set won't ever be completed. I have over a hundred Graded Franklins with several 69's and have opened about 160 mint sealed proof sets from 1955 to 1963, and have some good ones to grade. Franklin is an awesome coin. Again congratulations on your set very COOL.

Congratulations to you too for putting together a whole bunch of Franklins in super high desirable grades!!!!
I’ll be seeing the Liberty Bell in Philly in June, for the third time in my life!

I hope it is Full Bell Lines.
Could be, but I heard someone cracked it!

With your set of Franklins, have you thought of adding the 1952 proof Recut Hair to the set. I ran across it and I had never heard of it. I have seen a few graded PCGS and NGC but am not sure the premiums the sellers want for them are worth it.
I have absolutely no desire for that. I’m a slave to the Registries, so if there’s not a slot, I won’t pay money for the coin! In my Proof Franklin set above with “Major Varieties”, they have slots for two varieties: the 1956 (both versions) and the 1961 DDR, so I included each.
