the entire coin is covered in minor ripping of it's patina due to alloy issue

NEXT IS MY 1926-D SLQ in ms64...what makes this special is the head details....CLOSE BUT NO CIGAR
hard to tell if the toning is obscuring a full head here if one looks close...olive/rose toning
massive price bump if toning was removed and it was full head
