    It was a packaging error and mint error all in one!

    You would think it would be or should be but surprisingly I don't think they are. I have several types of these sets. I've always found these anomalies interesting. I can tell right away when a coin is not rare................if it's in my collection! 🤣

    I probably should know but I don't have a clue how these coins move from the presses to the mint and proof set packaging process. Are these sets actually inspected?............It doesn't look like it.
