Ow!! I usually have good luck with Topps. Panini on the other hand won't answer their phone or return their emails. I had the CJ Strout card that was not autographed from the Topps Baseball set. I sent it back and they had it autographed and returned.

Yeah, usually TOPPS satisfys their customers. In my case, no. They must of thought I sent them a "scratched" BASE RC of Jackson Merrill?
Even though I stressed it on the application. It was the "Variation, COLOR SWAP".
Far more rarer and valuable than just his BASE Rookie card!

Yeah, usually TOPPS satisfys their customers. In my case, no. They must of thought I sent them a "scratched" BASE RC of Jackson Merrill?
