The 1985 Topps #547 in the OP photo cannot possibly be worth sending in for grading. Even if it gets a 9 (OC) instead of an 8 (OC), it would still only be worth ten bucks. It is a guarantee that for less than the cost of grading fees plus associated costs, you could purchase one that has already been graded higher than the one in the photo here.
