That's pretty terminal. If not an end of roll coin, it was probably left in the sun for too long. Most EOR coins I've seen have some lighter hues around the edges.

Could be from leather. Ive heard it has the effect on silver. Thats pretty dark.

Probably mint bag toning. Obv side facing bag that sat for a long time with high humidity. Terminal so no price increase and agree, not sought after.
