Likely grade on popular large size type?

    Notes are difficult to grade from photos, but I am going to say is AU level. Perhaps AU53.

    Without having it in hand, I would guesstimate it’s EF40 -AU53 from the picture. I lean toward the EF40 money at best.

    In my opinion too many folds for XF if you look at the definitions, plus PPQ for the eye appeal and no problems.

    -I agree: at least 3 major vertical folds (plus foxing along that Left vertical crease seen on the reverse). If not VF30, perhaps VF35 but I'm not sure about the EPQ (with the discolouration). Great eye appeal but I doubt the paper would be considered "exceptional" or original.

    I would say VF30, and the discoloration doesn’t seem out of line for a mid VF grade. Solid looking note.

    VF-30....that Upper Right corner is also pretty worn. None of the other 3 are razor-sharp, either.
