Man, I love a great team card but that Pirate ain’t it. Light colored floor/field, white unis and light colored seats. Not a great photo but with some very cool dudes.

I'm not sure that I've ever looked that closely at it before, but now that you mention it, I would have to agree. The bright sun and shadows on their faces also make for a poor Pic composition.
