PCGS blue label Walker. What gen slab is this?

I bought this recently simply because the blue label struck me as odd. I cannot seem to find this on the PCGS museum page. It has the green sticker and hologram on the reverse... To me it seems like a hybrid of two types.
Oh yeah, the Walker is really nice too for a 63.

I did see that and you're probably correct. It just looks IDENTICAL blue to the blue labels. Not close, not sorta green, not faded yellow. Exactly the same blue as the first gen blue ones... I thought maybe, just maybe I found a hybrid.

Over the years I have found many Gen 3.0 holders that have had their color degrade to that blue. Oddly enough, the two most common coins I have found in them have been Morgan dollars and WLHs. Perhaps the card-stock ink used in certain batches was more prone to degrade than other batches and perhaps Morgans and WLHs were the coins submitted most frequently during the use of those batches.

Gen 3.0. By far my favorite PCGS holder.
Nothing is as expensive as free money.
Interesting about the dye color.
Color info noted. Thank you.
