Mine is. Lower Eastern, Virginia
Must be another web infrastructure outage. Another site I use regularly (non-coin related) is also down and is also blaming Cloudflare's network for the issue.
Nothing is as expensive as free money.

Cloudflare reporting everything should be back to normal.
