I think this should be a gold bean

This coin is so nice. I can see it grading 65+-66.
I might be wrong. It just looks worthy.
Edited to add better images.

Are those scratches on Liberty’s neck and/or in the lower right obverse field?
Mark Feld* of Heritage Auctions*Unless otherwise noted, my posts here represent my personal opinions.
I don't think it would look out of place in a 65 holder by today's grading at PCGS. However, a gold bean is awarded if in JA's opinion it would grade at least one grade point higher using his/CAC's grading criteria which is not the same as PGCS's grading criteria.
Your photos are not in sharp focus so it's difficult to say how much that scrape on the neck and the other obv marks are affecting the grade. And there is the ownership adds a point consideration, I know it is for me.

Maybe. It does look pretty nice in these slightly blurry images.

@MFeld here's another attempt at an obverse image.

If the obverse looked like the reverse this would be a 68.
The coin looks DMPL also. If it wasn't in a rattler I would crack it out and send it in. Rattlers are one of my favorite types of slab. 2nd to the gold shield which I love.

Yup. Gold bean candidate.
It doesn’t matter what you think, it matters what JA thinks. You can submit the coin to CAC as a “reconsideration” to review it for a gold sticker upgrade. Upgrades seldom happen, but on occasion have been known to occur.
Nothing is as expensive as free money.
It looks nice. The mark across the neck that is visible in the first images looks more like a luster graze to me than an actual deep impression. However, the mark on the jawline in the second images might be a slide mark. There is always the option of submitting this coin to CAC again and, as has been stated, on occasion a coin will get an gold sticker from its existing green sticker. Good luck.

You can send it back for reconsideration. Gold beans are tough and in my experience represent and undergrading of 1.5 grades or more. So while the coin appears to be 65 I don't know if I can tell from the photos if it is top-end 65. Also in talking with JA one time he mentioned that he doesn't gold bean every coin that's undergraded. You might try sending it back to CAC as I have seen a few Youtubers convince JA to upgrade their beans.

Crooked coins should lose one grade!
And the lack of proper spelling should ban you for a week.
Strange. It’s already been to CAC. No gold bean.
Smitten with DBLCs.
Too many face tics
That's a crock to 😉
Another weekly ban!

If we're pointing out spelling, here are 2 right in front of us again.

(too)
You could be right but I have it right here and it looks pretty nice for a low budget Morgan.
