Likely grade on popular large size type?

What would you grade this note at?

    Notes are difficult to grade from photos, but I am going to say is AU level. Perhaps AU53.

    Without having it in hand, I would guesstimate it’s EF40 -AU53 from the picture. I lean toward the EF40 money at best.

    If this one is submitted for grading, I think it comes back VF 30.

    In my opinion too many folds for XF if you look at the definitions, plus PPQ for the eye appeal and no problems.

    -I agree: at least 3 major vertical folds (plus foxing along that Left vertical crease seen on the reverse). If not VF30, perhaps VF35 but I'm not sure about the EPQ (with the discolouration). Great eye appeal but I doubt the paper would be considered "exceptional" or original.

    It does appear to have some discoloration in the paper.
