I am trying to find an article in the March 1, 1963 issue of the Numismatic Scrapbook magazine. Any suggestions?
Thank you

I think the ANS Library has copies.

Where are you located? Last time I went looking, the Dallas Public Library has it, from 1957-1959 and 1961-1976. Reference only, at the main library.

Worldcat shows a bunch of libraries have SOME volumes: https://search.worldcat.org/title/1760921 - I would suggest following the link to the actual library catalog and checking directly before hopping in a car.

Hathi has it scanned, but generally you will not find it online as the copyright transitioned to Amos Press in 1974 and they have not chosen to open it up. That means you can - as an ANS member - request a specific article be sent to you...

The ANA Library should have a bound set, but I doubt that they have any was to copy pages due to the binding.
